Taha Derwish, the alleged Crewe Sex Offender, of Nantwich Road, was arrested on Wednesday, 24 September.
The 25-year-old, Taha Derwish, who is of Libyan nationality, has since been charged with sexual touching.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 26 September.
Now Taha Derwish is to appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday, 24 October.
