After a collaborative operation by Greater Manchester Police and Lancashire Constabulary, Stuart Latham, identified as one of the most notorious child sexual offenders in the North West, has been sentenced to ONLY 14 years in prison.
Stuart Latham, 22, from Wigan, has been sentenced at Preston Crown Court for 49 offences, including:
- rape
- sexual activity with a child
- blackmail
- sexual communication with children
- inciting children to engage in sexual activity
- creation, possession, and distribution of indecent images, involving 41 victims aged 11 to 15 across the entirety of the UK
