A Pontypool paedophile, Stuart Bladen, convicted of sexually assaulting a young girl has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Stuart Bladen, a 48-year-old serial sex offender from Pontypool, squirmed and slapped his penis across the face and mouth of the girl while laughing and mocking her.
Stuart Bladen was unanimously convicted by a jury in court of two charges of child oral rape.
The jury returned their convictions after about one hour of deliberation, following a trial in which Stuart Bladen was acquitted.
He received a 10-year prison sentence along with a two-year extended licence period. He was mandated to register as a sex offender and subjected to a restraining order prohibiting contact with the victim for an indefinite duration.
The court was informed that Stuart Bladen had already been incarcerated for 12 years in 2019 for the sexual abuse of a minor.
In 2022, he received a subsequent term for sexually assaulting a minor under the age of 13 at Trecco Bay Caravan Park in Porthcawl.
Stuart Bladen possessed a prior conviction for indecently assaulting a young boy in 1995 and for collecting indecent photographs of children in 2016.
