A Scotland Rapist, Stephen Whitehurst, has been incarcerated for violent and sexual offences committed in the Fife, Dundee, and Moray regions from 2006 to 2024.
Stephen Whitehurst, 44, was convicted of 13 offences, including rapes, against five women at the High Court in Dundee on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
On Friday, September 5, 2025, he was condemned by the same court to 16 years of imprisonment, registered as a sex offender, and issued with indefinite non-harassment orders concerning all five women.
