In 2019, the Offender Database reported that Stephen Peach, an Alvaston Paedophile Sex Offender, then 63, from Derby, was observed “naked and engaging in self-stimulation” when child trick-or-treaters passed by on Halloween.

Stephen Peach was observed by several youngsters and their parents or guardians engaging in sexual activity from his flat window on Coronation Avenue, Alvaston, Derbyshire.

A police spokesperson stated that the control room received multiple reports from apprehensive witnesses, leading to his arrest by cops.

He has received a brief prison sentence after acknowledging his actions and being deemed “a serious risk of harm” to minors.

The police spokesperson stated: “Approximately at 7 pm on Halloween, we received multiple reports of a man positioned at his window on Coronation Avenue in Alvaston

“It was said that he was unclothed and engaging in self-stimulation in plain sight of trick-or-treaters passing by.

The initial call was made by the mother of one of the children, followed by more complaints over the situation.

Mr Stephen Peach was apprehended and subsequently indicted.

Stephen Peach admitted guilt to the charge of outraging public decency at his appearance at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court.

Magistrates sentenced Stephen Peach to 16 weeks of incarceration, stating, “We are confining you to prison for public safety, as this incident occurred at your residence in plain sight of children passing by on Halloween.

”We are deeply apprehensive that you pose a significant risk of harm, and it is evident that you are not managing your actions.

Evidence indicates a persistent interest in minors, which the probation service’s pre-sentence report suggests is unlikely to change.
