The Offender Database reported that Stephen Harris, the Flint Paedophile Child Molester, a 49-year-old sex offender, has been sentenced to almost 18 years in prison for enabling the rape of minors.
Stephen Harris, from Flint, unknowingly communicated with an undercover police officer during a covert operation focused on online sexual offences against children while disclosing his sexual inclinations.
Stephen Harris, who has consistently violated a sexual harm prevention order, indicated a desire to meet in order to facilitate the assault of the undercover officer’s fictitious children, purportedly aged six and three months.
He also addressed the prospect of encountering individuals with similar interests in animal penetration, although being under a licence and constrained by the stipulations of the sex offenders register at that time.
Subsequent to a report by the undercover investigators to North Wales Police, Stephen Harris was apprehended, and his equipment was confiscated from his residence.
They were discovered to possess more than 2,000 obscene photos of minors, encompassing infants to children aged up to 10 years.
Stephen Harris acknowledged 11 charges, which include orchestrating or facilitating the rape of a minor, three counts of distributing indecent images of minors, three counts of possessing indecent images, possession of an extreme pornographic image, possession of prohibited images of minors, and two counts of violating a sexual harm prevention order.
On Monday, 1 September, at Mould Crown Court, he was sentenced to an extended incarceration term of 18 and a half years, comprising 13 and a half years of imprisonment and a five-year extended licence period.
