In 2022, Shane Nelson, the Paedophile Child Molester, from Ellacombe, Torquay, stood at Crown Court to confront several counts related to child sexual assault.
The court was informed that law enforcement visited his residence following a tip-off regarding Shane Nelson’s distribution of indecent photos of minors to other paedophiles online.
Authorities confiscated many devices and dispatched them for analysis.
Within a collection of illicit photos of minors were Category A depictions of the rape or torture of youngsters.
A quantity of Category B and C photos was also discovered.
One specific image disseminated among other paedophiles depicted Shane Nelson completely nude with an erect penis. In the background of that photograph was a nude young girl.
Subsequent examination of Shane Nelson’s phone revealed discussions with other paedophiles online regarding the exploitation of youngsters.
Shane Nelson was found guilty of possessing obscene photos of a minor. Producing obscene photos of a minor. Participating in a sexual act in the presence of a youngster.
He now lives within 50 metres of a Torquay school & playground and is not being monitored. Happy days for the paedophile child molester. Bad news for the next little girl.
