Sarah-Anne Mary Noguera, an alleged Gibraltar Paedophile, was presented in the Magistrates’ Court in 2025, facing charges of creating, disseminating, and possessing obscene photos of minors.

Sarah-Anne Mary Noguera, aged 35, refutes the allegations.

She was apprehended following information obtained by the US National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children, which alleged that multiple obscene photographs of children had been posted from Gibraltar via a messaging application.

Investigators from the Royal Gibraltar Police’s Online Child Abuse Investigation Team, a division of the Public Protection Unit, along with investigators from the Digital Forensics Unit, initiated an investigation and confiscated digital devices following a search of a property on Devil’s Tower Road.

Sarah-Anne Mary Noguera is charged with eight offences, including one count of producing 497 Category C indecent photos of children from January to September 2022, of which 340 were duplicates.

She is additionally charged with three counts of disseminating Category B and C obscene photos of children to another individual over the Kik application between January 2022 and June 2024.

Sarah-Anne Mary Noguera is additionally charged with the unauthorised possession of 57 Category A indecent photos of minors over the same timeframe, comprising 54 moving images and three still photographs.

Another accusation, dated between January 2022 and July 2024, asserts the unlawful possession of 53 category B indecent photos of children, comprising six moving images and 47 static images.

A seventh accusation, pertaining to that timeframe, alleges that Sarah-Anne Mary Noguera unlawfully possessed 601 Category C indecent photos of minors, comprising one moving image and 600 still images, of which 340 were duplicates.

The conclusive charge pertains to the possession, on July 23, 2024, of a Category A video featuring extreme pornography.

Sarah-Anne Mary Noguera presented herself before the Justices of the Peace on Friday morning, subsequent to a night spent in police custody.

She solely articulated not guilty pleas for all accusations.

The Magistrates’ Court refused jurisdiction in the case, which was postponed to October for a committal hearing to transfer it to the Supreme Court.

Sarah-Anne Mary Noguera was given bail in the amount of £2000 on her own recognisance, subject to terms that prohibit unsupervised contact with individuals under the age of 16 and impose restrictions on the use of digital devices.
