Salvador Ahmed-Younge, the Llanberis Sex Offender, a flasher, charged with indecent exposure to a patient at a medical facility and engaging in lascivious conduct in public, was sentenced to imprisonment in 2022.
Salvador Ahmed-Younge, 39, of High Street, Llanberis, received a one-year custodial sentence after acknowledging his violation of a sexual harm prevention order. A six-month suspended prison sentence was also imposed consecutively.
Salvador Ahmed-Younge is required to register as a sex offender for a duration of 10 years. District Judge Gwyn Jones informed him at Llandudno court that a sexual harm prevention order had been issued to regulate his indecent conduct.
The judge stated, “Such a blatant contempt for a court order can only result in an immediate term of detention.”
The defendant acknowledged violating the injunction, engaging in exposure, theft, possessing cannabis, and other acts that outraged public decency on May 6. Defence attorney Deborah Davies stated that Salvador Ahmed-Younge had previously spent four years in a medium secure hospital. He had commenced drug use at an early age and experienced a terrible childhood.
Judge Jones informed the defendant that he had indecently exposed himself during a surgical procedure in the Caernarfon region, at a time when vulnerable individuals were present. Your criminal record is detrimental to your interests. The judge remarked that there is a lengthy history of non-compliance with court directives.
