In 2016, the Offender Database reported that Sadie Annette Morris of the Hinckley and Bosworth district of Leicestershire was sentenced to ONLY five years for photographing herself sexually abusing and violating a three-year-old girl.
Sadie Morris, then 24, posed naked with the child and transmitted the images from her BlackBerry to a male paedophile acquaintance.
She denied one charge of sexual assault involving the penetration of a child under 13 and three charges of sharing obscene photos of children.
The jury, including seven men and five women, convicted Sadie Morris on all counts following the revelation of ‘overwhelming evidence’ during the trial.
Several images discovered on the man’s phone depicted a nude woman, presumably Sadie Morris, participating in sexual actions with the girl.
Sadie Morris was recognised by a particular rose tattoo located on the abuser’s body.
The photographs pertained to a category A image — the highest severity level, which involves rape and torture.
A ring worn by Sadie Morris was purportedly similar to one worn by the individual sexually assaulting the youngster in another image.
Following communication with the producers of Blackberry, law enforcement confirmed that the texts originated from her device.
Sadie Morris transmitted a series of explicit images depicting herself engaging in sexual behaviours to several people.
