In 2013, the Offender Database reported that Russell Stiff, an alleged Ipswich Paedophile Child Molester, from Needham Market, was charged with sexually assaulting a five-year-old child, allegedly threatening to kill her if she disclosed the incident to anyone, according to court testimony.
Russell Stiff, then 36, purportedly made multiple inappropriate physical contacts with the girl’s genital region and threatened her with raised fists if she attempted to repel him, as presented before Ipswich Crown Court.
Russell Stiff, then residing on Ranson Way in Needham Market, Ipswich, Suffolk, has refuted nine charges of sexually assaulting a minor.
Emma Nash, for the prosecution, stated that Russell Stiff exhibited a violent temperament and was “extremely controlling.” She claimed that on one occasion, he struck a wall above the girl’s head, resulting in plaster falling on her.
Miss Nash further claimed that Stiff had made a cut-throat gesture towards the girl and had threatened to murder her if she disclosed what he had purportedly done to her.
She stated that following the girl’s accusation of abuse, she was provided with a doll to assist in illustrating the purported events.
Upon inquiry regarding her placement of paper on the doll’s mouth, she explained that the doll had been smiling while she herself had not smiled when Russell Stiff had made contact with her.
Miss Nash stated that Russell Stiff refuted any allegations of sexual contact.
“He asserts that her allegations are false and that they did not occur,” she added.
