A 22-year-old Tottenham Sex Offender, Rohan Uddin, has received a 16-month prison sentence for sexually abusing a woman and masturbating on a London Underground train.
After an investigation by the British Transport Police, Rohan Uddin, residing on Bedford Road in Tottenham, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, to charges of outraging public decency, sexual assault, and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker.
Rohan Uddin was sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Tuesday, 16 September, receiving a 16-month prison term, which comprises 12 months for outraging public decency, three months for sexual assault, and two months for two charges of assaulting an emergency worker.
He was mandated to remit a fee of £187.
Rohan Uddin has been issued a 10-year sexual harm prevention order that forbids him from communicating with or interacting with any women or girls unfamiliar to him while using public transport, entering a station, or travelling under the influence of any intoxicating substance.
Additionally, he is prohibited from placing his hands inside clothing to touch his genitals while on board or at stations, as well as from travelling without a valid ticket or payment for travel. Yes, you read that right.
