The British Transport Police (BTP) have reported a sexual assault investigation involving a woman on board a train travelling between Sheffield and Worksop. Detectives have released CCTV images of a woman they believe may hold vital information for their enquiries.
The serious incident occurred on Sunday, 14 December 2025, at approximately 9.40 pm. It is reported that a woman sexually assaulted a man as he walked past her seat on the train.
Appeal for Information
Detectives are urging anyone who recognises the woman in the images to come forward. The behaviour described is being treated as a serious sexual offence, and police are keen to speak with her as part of their ongoing investigation.
