The Offender Database reported that Philip Young, the Swindon and Enfield Rapist Sex Offender, a former councilman, has been arraigned in court on charges of many sexual offences against his ex-wife spanning a duration of 13 years.

Philip Young faces 56 charges, including many counts of rape and supplying a substance to incapacitate his former spouse, Joanne Young, who has relinquished her legal right to secrecy.

The 49-year-old, Philip Young, previously residing in Swindon and currently living on Amberley Road in Enfield, appeared earlier at Swindon Magistrates’ Court, where he verified his identity and provided proof of his residence. He refrained from entering a plea.

Five additional males accused of sexual offences against Ms Young, 48, appeared in the same court, with two entering not guilty pleas to all allegations.
