Philip Rooney, the Portsmouth Paedophile, a sexual offender, has received a 14-month prison sentence for assaulting a teenage girl and subsequently headbutting her father in Portsmouth.
Philip Rooney, 48, appeared before Winchester Crown Court today, Friday, 17 October, over two incidents that occurred on Monday, 21 July.
On Monday, July 21, Philip Rooney accosted a very young-looking and vulnerable 16-year-old girl on Milton Lane in Portsmouth and inappropriately groped her over her clothing.
