In March 2016, the Offender Database reported that a then 22-year-old Eastbourne Paedophile Child Molester, Philip Poundsbery, had avoided incarceration for many horrific sexual offences involving two children.
Philip Poundsbery, a warehouseman residing on Aylesbury Avenue in Eastbourne, appeared at Hove Crown Court this week after having earlier entered a guilty plea to eight charges, including three counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of children and five crimes involving sexual conduct with a minor.
Philip Poundsbery received an 18-month prison sentence, suspended for two years.

Philip Poundsbery was designated a registered sex offender for ten years and is required to participate in a sex offender treatment program.
He will be off the sex offender register on 21/03/2026, after which no one will be monitoring his movements, and he can do what he wants again.
