A recidivist Seend sex offender, Philip Harding, has been incarcerated for indecent exposure in a business in Devizes.
On 31 May, Philip Harding, 72, of Lye, Seend, was observed inside a charity shop on Brittox engaging in indecent exposure and self-gratification in the sight of the victim and his small daughter.
Subsequent to enquiries, Philip Harding was located and apprehended for the offence.
He was later charged with indecent exposure, to which he entered a guilty plea.
During a hearing on Friday (18/07), Philip Harding received a 12-month prison sentence.
A sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) was granted for a duration of 10 years, instituting restrictions on Philip Harding.
