Philip Brown, also known as Will Elmore and Wilbur Elmo on social media, pleaded guilty to three charges of producing obscene images and recordings of minors.
On 4 April, Swindon Crown Court was informed that the defendant, Philip Brown, residing on Dixon Street, utilised the internet to search for repugnant photos of young victims being exploited.
Law enforcement arrived at his residence and confiscated electronic devices. A forensic assessment subsequently uncovered a cache of 46 Category A photos depicting penetration. He possessed 59 photos classified as Category B and 45 classified as Category C.
In 2020, Philip Brown published a children’s book on Amazon under the name “Willo The Wisp”. It’s called “The Troll & The Fairy and Other Poems” and costs £2.22.
He imposed a 20-month prison sentence on Brown, suspended for two years.
Philip Brown is required to register as a sex offender for a duration of ten years, and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order has been imposed for the same period.
