Peter Rowland-Hinton Stowupland Paedophile

Peter Rowland-Hinton paedophile - baby rape and child molester - Stowupland

The Offender Database reported that after raping and sexually abusing a small child, a Stowupland paedophile, Peter Rowland-Hinton, labelled a “sexual monster”, was sentenced by a judge to 25 years in jail. However, thanks to English Law, he will be out in 16 years.

Initially pleading guilty to 34 offences, including 20 counts of rape of a child under 13, Peter Rowland-Hinton, 37, appeared at Ipswich Crown Court for sentence via prison video link.

Judge Emma Peters informed Peter Rowland-Hinton of Columbine Close, Stowupland, Suffolk, close to Stowmarket, that he would serve at least sixteen years behind bars before being considered for parole.

The seven-year offences surfaced when Claire Matthews, the prosecutor, informed the court last year about disclosures made by the victim.

In October of last year, Peter Rowland-Hinton was detained; the court heard that he made no comments to officials during an interview.

Ms Matthews told the court that after his detention, a laptop was taken and subsequently discovered to include offensive photos of children.

Along with 50 Category B photographs and 59 categorised as Category C, 66 images of the most severe kind, Category A, were found overall.

Following additional interviews in January 2021, Peter Rowland-Hinton provided the police with two ready-made statements.

Peter Rowland-Hinton admitted that the court heard that she was sexually attracted to young women.

Ms Matthews presented to the court a personal statement from the victim illustrating how the wrongdoing had affected her life.

Peter Rowland-Hinton had no pertinent past convictions, the judge said.

According to Joanne Eley, Peter Rowland-Hinton has mental health issues, including depression.

Peter Rowland-Hinton admitted he is a paedophile with a sexual interest in young girls and apologised for his conduct, Ms Eley added.

Peter Rowland-Hinton had acknowledged three counts of creating obscene photos in February this year, eleven further sexual assault charges, and twenty accusations of rape of a child.

Judge Peters informed Peter Rowland-Hinton at his Wednesday sentencing that the degree of his sexual misconduct was “astonishing and terrifying in equal measure”.

Before declaring, “Peter Rowland-Hinton, you are a sexual monster,” the judge stated his wrongdoing had had “a very significant impact” on the victim.

After Peter Rowland-Hinton was determined to be dangerous and a “significant risk” to the public, Judge Peters imprisoned him for 25 years with an eight-year extended licence period.

Peter Rowland-Hinton will spend at least 16 years and eight months in prison before he is eligible for release, since he will serve two-thirds of his custody term behind bars.
