Peter Orme, the Plymouth Paedophile, convicted of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Plymouth, has been sentenced to 12 years in prison, with a further two-year extended licence.
Peter Orme, 34, of York Road, Plymouth, was found guilty of two counts of child rape, 10 counts of engaging in penetrative sexual conduct with a girl aged 13 to 15, and one crime of engaging in sexual communication with a minor.
Peter Orme appeared at Bristol Crown Court on Monday, 20 October, for sentencing.
The court was informed that Peter Orme perpetrated multiple sexual offences against a single victim repeatedly over several months.
The victim reported the assaults to the police, prompting an urgent inquiry into Peter Orme, who rejected the allegations.
At the time of sentencing, Peter Orme was issued a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
