An active-duty Thames Valley Police Officer, PC Thomas Irwin, has been indicted for rape and sexual assault. The allegations are of the rape and sexual assault of a woman at the Premier Inn on Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, on the evening of 17 December 2023. We received the report on 11 July of the previous year.
PC Thomas Irwin, 25 years old and stationed at Reading police station, was arrested on 18 July of the previous year and subsequently suspended.
On 22 August, PC Thomas Irwin was charged with two charges of raping a lady aged 16 or older and one count of assaulting a girl aged 13 or older by penetration.
PC Thomas Irwin was granted conditional court bail and is scheduled to appear at Luton and South Bedfordshire Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (18/9).
