The Offender Database reported that PC Thomas Hawkes, the City of London Police Paedophile, has not been sent to prison, and his image has been kept from the public, thanks to the City of London Police and British Justice.

City of London Police Constable Thomas Hawkes was convicted and sentenced for engaging in sexual correspondence with a young child.

He was placed on the sex offender registry for just five years.

He was mandated to fulfil a 25-hour rehabilitation order and perform 60 hours of unpaid labour as a component of a two-year community order.

On 14 September 2023, Thomas Hawkes was apprehended, and data from his mobile phone was extracted. These disclosed messages were transmitted over the social media platform Snapchat from October 31, 2018, to April 26, 2022, between Hawkes and a child.

The Snapchat conversation commenced with Thomas Hawkes enquiring about her age.

She stated that she was 12 years old; Hawkes, at that time, was 16 and accurately disclosed his age.

He subsequently remarked that the girl did not appear to be 12 and proceeded to converse with her in a sexual manner.

Thomas Hawkes was suspended ON FULL PAY in June 2023.

He resigned from the City of London Police on 22 October 2024 and subsequently faced an expedited misconduct hearing on 5 November 2024, unrelated to his resignation, for disseminating body-worn video footage of a police incident to an unverified third party.
