Another scumbag Thames Valley Police officer, PC Daniel Burford, accused of neglecting his obligation to adequately assist an attack victim, will undergo a misconduct hearing later this month.
PC Daniel Burford, stationed in Newbury, Berkshire, was informed of the attack in September 2024, according to Thames Valley Police (TVP).
The victim informed PC Daniel Burford of his intention to report the event to the police and provide a statement; however, Thames Valley Police assert that the officer documented a contrary account.
It will assert, at a scheduled three-day hearing commencing on 24 November, that he neglected to communicate with the victim and took a week’s leave without making any provisions to forward the charge.
TVP asserts that MPC Daniel Burford has fallen short in the domains of honesty and integrity, duties and responsibilities, as well as discreditable conduct.
