A Pevensey Bay Paedophile, Nigel Eccles, positioned his phone camera beneath the cubicle while a mother and her small daughter changed at a swimming pool in Carshalton.
Nigel Eccles, 67, of Eastbourne Road in Pevensey Bay, East Sussex, first asserted that he lost his phone while attempting to video in the changing rooms at Westcroft Leisure Centre.
However, police conducted an investigation and discovered a computer hard drive concealed within the spare tyre of his vehicle.
They discovered a voyeuristic photograph of a partially unclad woman taken by Nigel Eccles, along with many child sexual assault photographs obtained from the internet.
Nigel Eccles received a two-year custodial term, suspended for two years.
He will be obligated to perform 200 hours of unpaid labour.
