In 2023, the Offender Database reported that Nick Mesquitta, the Brighton Paedophile Child Molester, a delivery driver who sexually molested a child, then attempted to intimidate and bribe him into silence.
Nick Mesquitta, residing in Brighton, separated the little child from his father in Lancing and thereafter transported him to a location in the city on the evening of September 9, 2022.
The then 30-year-old perpetrated sexual assault on the youngster, who was under 13 during the offences, within the premises and threatened him with harm should he report the incident to law enforcement.
Nick Mesquitta used anti-bacterial wipes to cleanse the little boy of his semen in an effort to circumvent forensic analysis.
Nick Mesquitta, residing on Western Street in Brighton, coerced the young kid into accepting £30 in cash to conceal the incident and issued threats of violence by asserting his connections to individuals capable of inflicting harm on the boy.
After returning the young boy to his father, Nick Mesquitta falsely asserted that the boy had exhibited inappropriate sexual behaviour during the journey home and had stolen £30 from him.
Upon returning home, the young child informed his parents of the sexual assault, prompting them to report it to the police that evening.
Nick Mesquitta was apprehended on September 10 of the previous year for violating an existing sexual harm prevention order (SHPO), which prohibited him from contacting or being alone with anybody under 16 years of age without the consent of a parent or guardian.
He was then charged with inciting a minor under 13 to participate in sexual conduct, assault by touching, and violating his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
On 12 September 2022, he was detained in custody at Brighton Magistrates’ Court.
On August 22, 2023, at Lewes Crown Court, Nick Mesquitta received a sentence of 13 years and six months, comprising seven and a half years in custody and a further six years on extended license.
Nick Mesquitta has a long history of raping children, evading prosecution by threatening his child victims.
He sexually abuses boys and girls, having no preference, and police have received upwards of fifty complaints about him.
Thanks to British Justice, he will be out soon, and maybe it will be your child this time.
