In 2025, the Offender Database reported that Nicholas O’Connor, the Cwmrhydyceirw Sex Offender, convicted of many sexual offences, has been incarcerated.

Nicholas O’Connor, 35, of Cwmrhydyceirw, has received a two-year term after being convicted of many sexual offences.

Nicholas O’Connor appeared at Swansea Crown Court today (December 19) to receive sentencing for the following convictions:

  • Seven counts of Exposure
  • One count of Attempted sexual assault
  • Four counts of Sexual assault

During a trial at Swansea Crown Court, it was revealed that, between September 21, 2024, and October 23, 2024, Nicholas O’Connor indecently exposed himself to nine distinct women in the Swansea and Merthyr Tydfil regions.

He sexually attacked two of these women and attempted to sexually assault one of them.

Despite Nicholas O’Connor’s plea of not guilty in court, he was convicted of twelve sexual crimes.
