A Paedophile from Basingstoke, Nicholas Muncey, has been sentenced to over five years in prison after admitting to child sexual offences.
Nicholas Muncey, 38, of Hatch Warren Lane, was charged with:
- Engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15 x 2
- Engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15 x 3
- Causing / inciting a girl aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity x 2
Winchester Crown Court was informed that the offences occurred against a single victim in the Basingstoke region between 2007 and 2008.
Nicholas Muncey entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to five years and eight months of incarceration at Winchester Crown Court on Friday, August 29.
