The Offender Database reported that Nicholas Emberson, the Saffron Walden Paedophile Sex Offender, 42, of Home Pasture, Saffron Walden, Uttlesford, Essex, confessed to possessing an extreme pornographic image and charges related to the creation of indecent photographs of a child.
The court was informed that police initially got intelligence regarding Emberson’s internet usage for accessing indecent photographs of youngsters in January of this year.
Ms John-Baptiste, prosecuting, told the court Nicholas Emberson had viewed “extreme pornographic videos” and searched for “daddy-daughter pornography”.
He was arrested in March at home, which he shares with his wife and infant daughter, who was almost two years old.
The court heard his wife, mother and employers had been “incredibly supportive”.
Emberson received a six-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months.
He is required to fulfil 26 days with Building Choices, an accredited Offending Behaviour Programme; 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirements; and 120 hours of community service.
Magistrates issued a sexual harm prevention order for a duration of seven years and assessed costs totalling £264.
