A GP Sex Offender, Nicholas Chapman, who consistently adulterated a female colleague’s coffee with his own semen has been permanently removed from the medical registry.

Nicholas Chapman, 57, prepared the beverage for his victim multiple times, who observed it had a ‘salty’ flavour and left a ‘thick, gloopy’ residue in the sink.

A court was informed that Nicholas Chapman had previously received a community order for an unrelated sexual offence.

His behaviour was examined at a tribunal convened by the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) from June 23 to July 8, 2025.

The tribunal investigated claims that Dr. Nicholas Chapman, on one or more instances between 2016 and 2021, participated in conduct towards Ms. A that constituted sexual harassment, was sexually motivated, and was an abuse of his senior position.

The tribunal also investigated how, in 2021, Dr. Nicholas Chapman provided Ms. B with a cup of coffee that contained semen matching his DNA profile, the offence for which he was convicted in court.

The tribunal ‘found proved’ that Dr. Nicholas Chapman had displayed photos of an erect penis to Ms. A.

It was also established and confirmed that he had displayed to her images of unclothed ladies and/or those of a pornographic character.

The tribunal acknowledged that Dr. Nicholas Chapman enquired of Ms. A whether she had encountered him on a dating application, questioned why she had not located him on said application, and recommended that she should ‘search for [him]’ on the dating app.

In around 2020, Dr. Nicholas Chapman kissed Ms. A on the lips, and in May 2021, he held her and caressed her bottom, as determined and ‘found proved’ by the tribunal.

The MPTS Chair, Mr. Jonathan Storey, determined that Dr. Nicholas Chapman’s removal from the medical register was the sole penalty that would adequately reflect the gravity of his misbehaviour and conviction.

Mr. Storey stated, ‘Erasure would convey to the medical profession and the public that such behaviour is intolerable.’

In a criminal court, Judge Rupert Lowe previously sentenced Nicholas Chapman to a 12-month community order, mandating him to do 200 hours of unpaid work.

Alongside the community order, Nicholas Chapman was subjected to a 10-year restraining order prohibiting communication with the victim and a five-year notification order. He was additionally required to pay court fees amounting to £3,500.
