The Offender Database reported, in 2018, Nicholas Bryan Wood, the Surrey Paedophile Child Molester, who persistently assaulted a young girl, was incarcerated.
Nicholas Bryan Wood, 52, of Worcester Park in Surrey, appeared at Guildford Crown Court, where he was sentenced for the following offences:
- Two counts of sexual assault on a female child aged under 13
- Causing or inciting a female child aged under 13 to engage in sexual activity
The court was informed that Nicholas Bryan Wood, who possessed a sexual interest in young girls, commenced the abuse when the girl was eight years old.
The abuse persisted intermittently throughout the subsequent five years.
The judge imposed a jail sentence of five years and six months on Nicholas Bryan Wood.
A sexual harm prevention order was enforced indefinitely, and Nicholas Bryan Wood was placed on the sex offenders register for life.
