Neil Rodgers grinned after sexually assaulting the hotel employee, having ingested almost one and a half litres of tonic wine in the company of fellow Celtic supporters.
Neil Rodgers, hailing from Perth and registered as having no fixed address, was mandated to complete 160 hours of community service and placed under monitoring for one year.
