The Offender Database reported that, in 2017, Nathan Waring, the Saint Bedes Eastbourne Paedophile, a music teacher, was prohibited “indefinitely” from teaching after establishing “disturbing” connections with two students.
Nathan Waring, 37, “cultivated an improper relationship” with a minor while employed at Saint Bedes Prep School in Eastbourne.
Notwithstanding warnings, his behaviour persisted with a second girl upon his employment at a boarding school in Norfolk.
A misconduct panel determined that Mr Nathan Waring exhibited no remorse.
The inquiry, conducted by the National College for Teaching and Leadership (NCTL), determined that Mr Nathan Waring engaged in a relationship with a girl referred to as Pupil A during his tenure at Saint Bedes Prep School in Eastbourne from 2004 to 2007.
The NCTL panel heard that he transmitted sexually explicit text messages and engaged in inappropriate kissing and touching.
In January 2008, Mr Nathan Waring assumed the position of Director of Music at Gresham’s, a private, independent boarding school in Holt, Norfolk.
He was provisionally suspended during an investigation into his conduct at Saint Bedes in Eastbourne, but he resumed his position when the allegations were dismissed by the headmaster.
