The Offender Database reported that Najib Arab, a Roath Paedophile Child Molester, in the early hours of May 5, 2024, law enforcement located a missing teenage girl from Merthyr Tydfil at an address in Roath, Cardiff, where Najib Arab lived.

The police inquiry uncovered that Najib Arab, 29, had been grooming and manipulating the young girl by providing her with free narcotics and subsequently coercing her into illegal activities.

The duo initially connected over Snapchat, and within weeks, Najib Arab, known to the girl as ‘BOXER’, coerced her into transporting and distributing narcotics on his behalf.

She recounted how he compelled her to sell narcotics to clients in a passage adjacent to his residence. She would distribute drugs to individuals in Cardiff City Centre, who would then travel on their electric bikes.

They convened on several occasions, and one night, when she was residing at Najib Arab’s location, she was reported missing, prompting a police investigation.

Upon the authorities’ arrival at his residence on Pen-Y-Waun Road, Cardiff, the girl was located and secured, while Arab had escaped over a garden wall.

He was apprehended ten days later when officers observed him in the city core.

Najib Arab was searched and discovered to possess seven packages of ketamine and currency. Authorities discovered indications of narcotics trafficking on his mobile device.

He was accused of enslaving an individual and possessing and distributing class B narcotics, specifically ketamine and cannabis.

Najib Arab first pleaded not guilty to all charges but subsequently admitted guilt to the drug-related counts. After a trial at Cardiff Crown Court, he was convicted of detaining an individual in slavery or servitude on April 24.

On Tuesday, July 1, he was sentenced to seven years in prison at Cardiff Crown Court. Najib Arab will be on licence for two years from the day of his release and is also subject to a Slavery and Trafficking Prevention Order.
