The Offender Database reported that Mustafa Taskiran, the Turkish Migrant Rapist, convicted of raping an English woman, is eligible for compensation after asserting that the electronic tag he was mandated to wear caused him to feel “depressed.”

Attorneys will participate in deliberations to see if “appropriate relief” should be awarded to Mustafa Taskiran, 48.

High Court judge Mr Justice Lavender ruled in favour of the migrant just before the 48-year-old confessed to stalking and threatening to kill a woman with a knife.

The sex offender informed the court that the electronic tag induced “intense physical and mental distress” because of its weight and discomfort.

Mustafa Taskiran’s extensive history of criminal behaviour commenced within four years subsequent to his receipt of an indefinite right to remain in the UK in 1994.

During a decade, he perpetrated 54 offences yet evaded a deportation order in 2009.

A Turkish national, Mustafa Taskiran, was incarcerated for nearly seven years for rape in 2014.

A subsequent deportation attempt failed following his release in 2018, when Turkish authorities annulled his citizenship.

Mustafa Taskiran has now been mandated to wear an electronic tag while on immigration bail.

The Home Office stated: “When foreign nationals perpetrate serious offences, we exert all efforts to deport them.” [YEAH RIGHT].
