A Tunbridge Wells horse-riding instructor and Paedophile child rapist, Mitchell Hickey, has been incarcerated and subjected to a lifetime Sexual Harm Prevention Order for sex acts against children.
Mitchell Hickey sexually assaulted two minors, striking one with a whip, and compelled a third to transmit graphic images.
Mitchell Hickey executed a series of targeted assaults from 2017 to 2019 and inundated the girls with inappropriate footage on Snapchat, a medium recognised for its automatic deletion of messages post-viewing.
In January 2022, officers were notified of the misconduct when a former member of the riding school in the Tunbridge Wells area expressed concern for additional vulnerable girls under Mitchell Hickey’s supervision.
The riding instructor was apprehended and then charged with nine sexual offences, including sexual assault, sexual conduct with a minor, and sexual communication with a minor, after a comprehensive investigation that involved an examination of his gadgets.
The 25-year-old, Mitchell Hickey, first refuted the charges but then entered a guilty plea to seven crimes at Maidstone Crown Court.
Mitchell Hickey received a sentence of three years and four months’ jail at the same court on Monday, September 22.
