A Gillingham Paedophile sexual offender, Michael Wells is now had to register after sending images of his genitals to “two girls” over Snapchat.
Michael Wells, a resident of Gillingham, believed he was conversing with two schoolgirls, aged 13 and 14, when he transmitted sexual messages using the social communication application.
The 35-year-old, Michael Wells, not only transmitted photographs of his erect penis to both individuals but also shared a video of himself engaging in masturbation after initiating a conversation with someone he believed to be a 14-year-old girl named Molly and a 13-year-old named Maisie.
However, the perpetrator was unaware that he was communicating with two decoys who were, in reality, undercover law enforcement personnel.
Michael Wells, residing on Littlebourne Avenue in Gillingham, was apprehended and subsequently charged with four crimes.
There were two charges of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a minor and two charges of attempting to induce a minor to observe or view a picture of sexual behaviour.
Michael Wells was given bail pending sentencing, scheduled for August 4 at the same court.
