A convicted Chatham Paedophile sex offender, Michael Millson, has been incarcerated once more after being apprehended with obscene photos, subsequent to his release from prison.
Michael Millson, a resident of Chatham, was granted a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) in February of the previous year.
He was convicted of charges that included the possession of indecent photos of minors.
The limits said that he must not possess an internet-enabled device without written consent from law enforcement.
He was prohibited from installing software on the device that would enable the deletion of browsing history or other applications that could anonymise the web user’s identity.
On June 26 of the previous year, Michael Millson, who had been freed from prison on licence, was recalled owing to misconduct and subsequently arrested.
While in detention, the 39-year-old, Michael Millson, was discovered to possess a mobile phone that had not been reported to the police.
Prohibited applications and file-sharing software were installed on the device, and officers discovered multiple indecent photographs transferred onto his camera roll.
“Michael Millson unequivocally violated the court’s stipulations and was justifiably incarcerated as a consequence…”
On the following day, 18 charges were filed against him.
The offences were eight violations of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), six instances of producing indecent images, three breaches of sex offender notification obligations, and possession of an indecent image.
Michael Millson, previously residing on Palmerston Road, entered a plea of guilty.
On Thursday, September 4, Michael Millson received a three-year prison sentence at Maidstone Crown Court.
Thanks to Kent Police for another cracking image…
