Michael John Parcell, 63, the Winchester Sex Offender, pleaded guilty to five charges of sexual assault on a male at Bournemouth Crown Court.
A victim of sexual assault in Christchurch courageously reported the incident, resulting in the prompt apprehension of the perpetrator.
The offences transpired in the early hours of Monday, 21 August 2023, at a hotel on Somerford Road.
Parcell had accompanied the victim, a teenage lad, to the region, and they were lodging overnight at the motel. In the night, Michael John Parcell awakened the victim and proceeded to sexually attack him.
The victim courageously fled the hotel and promptly contacted the police. Officers promptly arrived at the location, discovered Michael John Parcell in proximity, and apprehended him.
The defendant’s mobile phone was confiscated, and upon analysis, it revealed photographs and recordings of the sexual assaults.
On Friday, September 5, 2025, Michael John Parcell received a five-year prison sentence from the same court.
