Mary Lindsay who molested a guy while he was seated on a bench at a Fife retail complex has been registered as a sex offender.
Mary Lindsay appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court and confessed to the sexual assault that occurred in July of the previous year.
The 46-year-old groped her victim’s buttocks outside the Kingdom shopping complex in Glenrothes, greeted him, and then departed.
Mary Lindsay was acquitted of an additional charge of deviant behaviour, having initially been accused of undressing after unlawfully invading a man’s residence.
Mary Lindsay is currently under the oversight of the social work department of Fife Council.
