The Offender Database reported that Marcus Anthony Cook, the Orpington and Alford Sex Offender, is now living with his sister in Lincolnshire.

Recently, Marcus Anthony Cook was observed by a dog walker in a park, with his hands on his hips and his genitals exposed.

He evaded prison by asserting that he was oblivious to his genitalia being displayed in public.

Cook contended his laundered trousers were at the laundromat, which accounted for his exposed genitalia at Poverest Recreation Ground in Orpington.

Prosecutor Catherine Van Zeeland stated that a woman walking her dog at 7:20 am saw Cook with his penis exposed.

Cook admitted responsibility for violating his Sexual Harm Prevention Order, with the Crown Prosecution Service acknowledging his rationale as the foundation of his plea.

The dog walker who observed the incident withdrew her support for Cook’s prosecution due to concerns about facing him in court.

She articulated persistent anxiety and concern around possibly bumping into the sex offender whilst enjoying a walk in the park.

Cook possesses an extensive criminal history, encompassing the sexual assault of a female, three convictions for indecent exposure, and two violations of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Magistrates sentenced Cook to a two-year community order, which mandates his involvement in the Horizon Programme designed for the rehabilitation of sex offenders, even though they believed his story that his junk was hanging out without him realising.
