Lynne Grummitt’s laptop was discovered to possess 691 obscene photographs of children classified as category A, 617 in category B, and 291 in category C.
Additionally, 24 indecent photographs of minors, classified across all three tiers, along with two pornographic images depicting adult bestiality, were discovered on her mobile phone and a hard drive.
Police investigations revealed that Lynne Grummitt had communicated with four guys through the Kik chat application on her phone from February 2020 to February 2021, discussing their mutual interest in minors and exchanging sexual images.
Lynne Grummitt, 42, of Mill Corner, Soham, was apprehended, and three electronic devices were confiscated pursuant to a police order executed in Burnaby Close, Brampton, on September 22, 2020.
On October 31, she appeared at Cambridge Crown Court after confessing to three counts of producing an indecent photograph of a child, two counts of distributing an indecent photograph of a child, and possession of an extreme pornographic image.
Lynne Grummitt received a two-year prison sentence, suspended for two years, and was mandated to perform 100 hours of community service without compensation.
