Another close family member, Luke Eubank, from Boxing legend Chris Eubank’s brood has ended up in court. This time his nephew spewed ‘abhorrent’ racist and homophobic slurs at police after an argument with his girlfriend over £10.

Luke Eubank was not as “lucky” as his cousin who recently got off a rape charge carried out on a Brighton Beach.

Luke Eubank spoke offensive language at officers summoned to her residence in Brighton in response to reports of a domestic disturbance.

The police conversed with 39-year-old Luke Eubank and returned later that evening when he attempted to unlawfully enter the flat.

Prosecutor Edward Hand stated that the abuse commenced when authorities informed Eubank of his arrest.

“Upon their return, they possessed sufficient grounds to effectuate his arrest,” stated Mr. Hand.

“He issued racist and homophobic threats and directed verbal insults at three distinct police officers.”

The remarks made on August 9 of the previous year were documented on police body-worn cameras.

He also threatened to ‘cut up’ an officer, adding: “One day I’ll see you in town, look into my eyes.”

He also said: “You’ve got a pretty nose, you won’t have.”

He was transferred to hospital where he pushed an officer in a corridor.

Judge Stephen Mooney said Luke Eubank, who has previous convictions for driving offences and violence, behaved in an ‘absolutely disgusting’ way.

“He’s committed offence, after offence, after offence,” the judge said.

“I take the view the behaviour you demonstrated was absolutely appalling,” the judge said.

Luke Eubank revelled in the language he used, the judge said.

“You were trying to pick the most offensive language you could.

“It really was vile, abhorrent and despicable behaviour and you should be ashamed by the way you behaved.”

Luke Eubank spent 181 days on remand before being sentenced at the Crown Court in Brighton.

“It is simply not possible to sentence you to a term or imprisonment which exceeds the time you have served already.

“If I could, I would,” the judge said.

Luke Eubank was ordered to pay £200 compensation to each of the three officers he abused.

“Your behaviour was so bad you need to compensate these officers who were only doing their jobs,” the judge added.

Eubank was cleared of battery and intentional strangulation.

He said: “My behaviour was abhorrent.

“I’m ashamed of myself.” [Editor’s note: Sneeze…Bullshit…]

He will serve an 18 month community order for each of the assaults on police to run concurrently and is required to do 20 days of rehabilitation activities.

He was bailed to an address in Sutlej Road in Charlton.
