A Paedophile from Winsford, Liam Martin, was sentenced to four years in prison after confessing to engaging in sexual activity with a minor and producing indecent photos of minors. Now Liam Martin is out of prison and back in the community.
Liam Martin, 25, from Kingsway, Winsford, admitted guilt at Chester Crown Court to five charges of engaging in sexual contact with a minor under 16 in 2011 and producing indecent photos of children.
In a distinct occurrence, police officials examined Liam Martin’s phone in accordance with the conditions of his release following a prior conviction for a child sex offence, revealing a total of 271 category C photographs of minors.
District of Columbia Dave Walton stated that Liam Martin attempted to convince the girl they were in a relationship, when in truth, he was exploiting her for his personal sexual pleasure.
Her courage in stepping forward has resulted in Liam Martin’s incarceration.
