Leo Norman, a Southampton Paedophile Teacher, was sentenced today (17 October 2025) at Portsmouth Crown Court for sexually assaulting three former students.
Leo Norman, 46, received a sentence for three counts of engaging in sexual activity with a minor by an individual in a position of trust.
The allegations pertain to acts occurring between September 2014 and June 2019 at St Anne’s School, a Catholic institution and sixth form college in Southampton.
Leo Norman received a 14-month prison sentence. He has been issued a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and required to register as a sex offender for a duration of ten years.
Leo Norman committed his acts at St Anne’s School, where he instructed English and media studies.
The court was informed that the three victims were his students, and that he lavished them with additional attention, praised them, and engaged in their personal lives to establish confidence and subsequently molested them inappropriately.
Leo Norman consistently exploited his authoritative position over his victims, who reported to the police that they felt bewildered and uneasy due to his advances.
Leo Norman was arrested at his home in Southampton on the 20th September 2023, following an investigation by Hampshire Police.
Following his arrest and guilty pleas, Leo Norman accepted that there was inappropriate closeness and overfamiliarity with his victims.
