A lewd Fenton Paedophile teacher, Lee Davies, who transmitted inappropriate ‘sex texts’ to a minor over several weeks, has been acquitted by the court after the judge characterised his actions as “a moment of madness.”

Psychology instructor Lee Davies admitted to transmitting sexual messages to the girl via WhatsApp but maintained that he is not a paedophile.

The 43-year-old has since ‘lost his career’ due to what has been characterised as a ‘moment of lunacy’.

A magistrate imposed a community order as punishment, advising the sex offender to consider himself fortunate.

In addressing the court, Lee Davies stated: “I wish to express my apologies for my actions.” Thank you for your attention.

The North Staffordshire Justice Centre was informed that Lee Davies had been employed as a teacher for 19 years.

Lee Davies, residing on Welby Street in Fenton, confessed to participating in sexual correspondence with a minor.

He received an 18-month community order, which includes 200 hours of unpaid labour, a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement, and costs amounting to £199.

During sentencing, Magistrate Ian Jones stated: “We’ve all done it, we shall refer to this as a moment of madness.”
