GorefieldPaedophile Lee Courtney has been incarcerated after possessing 140 obscene photographs of minors. The 33-year-old was discovered to possess photos on a Samsung mobile phone that was confiscated from a residence on Churchill Road, Gorefield.
The police arrived to arrest Lee Courtney for failing to inform them of two of his email accounts, so violating the notification requirements of the Sex Offender Register, which had been enforced for seven years starting in January 2021. At that time, Lee Courtney was sentenced to 26 months, suspended for two years, after being convicted of three counts of producing indecent photographs of children and was registered on the Sex Offenders Register until January 2028.
The mobile phone had also not been declared to officers which was a breach of a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) that was put in place following his conviction.
On Thursday, June 20, Lee Courtney, of North Brink, Wisbech, was jailed for 16 months at Cambridge Crown Court after having pleaded guilty to breaching a SHPO, failing to comply with Sex Offender Register notification requirements and three counts of making indecent photographs of a child.
