A Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) issued in 2018 prohibited him from deleting any search history and mandated the surrender of any internet-capable devices upon request by an officer.
The 49-year-old resident paedophile, Lee Bayliss, of Sephton Drive, Ormskirk, attempted to conceal his immoral behaviour through virtual software; but, it was exposed when police officers visited him on August 6 of the previous year, leading to the recovery of his unsettling collection of photos.
Lee Bayliss, with two prior convictions for 15 crimes, confessed to deleting data in violation of his Sexual crimes Prevention Order (SOPO) and four charges of possessing indecent photographs of minors.
He was incarcerated for a duration of two years and three months.
