Lee Bailey, the Cheshire Rapist and Sex Offender, has been incarcerated for the rape of two women, brutally stamping on the head of one victim during the assault.
In February 2021, a lady reported harassment by 33-year-old Cheshire resident Lee Bailey, leading to the issuance of a Non-Molestation Order against him.
At that time, she disclosed an incident of rape but felt unable to file a formal report, according to the police.
In August 2022, a second woman reported to the police that Lee Bailey, 33, had raped and assaulted her.
She alleged that he had raped her when she was incapacitated due to alcohol consumption after a night out and had subsequently stomped on her head.
During the police interrogation, Bailey refuted the allegations but acknowledged that the victim was unable to consent owing to her degree of intoxication.
Lee Bailey was granted bail with stringent conditions that forbade any communication with the victim; however, these requirements were violated within days, as stated in a press release from Cheshire Constabulary.
The victim informed the police that Lee Bailey had tried to get her to withdraw her statement.
During the ongoing inquiry, the initial victim informed the authorities that Lee Bailey had violated the Non-Molestation Order, and she now intended to further her allegation of rape.
In January 2023, she reiterated the rape incident, stating that he had also compelled her to engage in sexual intercourse and forced her to exit a car at night on a rural road without a mobile phone.
Lee Bailey was subsequently found guilty of violating the Non-Molestation Order.
Following an inquiry, he received a postal requisition to appear in court to address allegations made in June of the previous year. Lee Bailey then appeared for a hearing concerning the issue in March 2025.
He was subsequently apprehended and detained pending trial.
Lee Bailey was convicted after a nine-day trial at Chester Crown Court in September of this year.
He was convicted of rape, attempted rape, and assault resulting in actual bodily harm against a single victim.
Lee Bailey was additionally found guilty of rape and of engaging in controlling and coercive actions against another victim. He was incarcerated for 16 years.
