In 2024, the Offender Database reported that Kyle Moore, an Eastham Paedophile, was sentenced to three years in jail for sexual offences.

Kyle Moore, 21, of Eastham, was found guilty in June of two charges of sexual activity with a child aged 13 to 15. He was sentenced in Liverpool Crown Court on Friday, July 5th.

The offences occurred in 2023.

Kyle Moore was sentenced to three years in prison and ordered not to contact the victim for seven years.

Following the sentencing, Detective Sergeant Rebecca Igglesden stated, “Moore is a sex offender who preyed on his young and vulnerable victim, and we are pleased that the courts dealt with him today.”

“The victim has demonstrated tremendous courage and fortitude throughout this process, and we hope that this outcome provides some consolation as she continues forward.

“Our specially trained detectives and Victim Care partners have assisted her and her family, and will continue to do so for anyone who reports sexual assaults, whether they contact us directly or through agencies with which we collaborate.

“I would encourage anyone who has been a victim of a sexual assault or is concerned about the safety of someone they know to come forward and speak with us. Please rest assured that we have a devoted team of staff who will handle your reports with expertise and compassion, and we will do all possible to bring criminals to justice.

“We take all such reports extremely seriously, and work with partner organisations such as Victim Care Support Service and RASA, who are there to support victims every step of the way.”
