Kyle Griffiths utilised the messaging app to disseminate a portion of his abhorrent collection of child rape movies to two other paedophiles.
His repugnant collection, amassed from October 2019 to July 2020, including videos of infants and toddlers being sexually assaulted.
On July 6 of the previous year, police conducted a raid at Kyle Griffiths’ residence on Middleton Drive, Prescot, and confiscated his Samsung mobile phone, which included files and messages.
Kyle Griffiths confessed to three charges of downloading, one charge of possession, and three charges of disseminating obscene images of children, in addition to one charge of holding forbidden images of children.
He was incarcerated for 18 months.
